Our annual Match & Wood conference provides an opportunity to celebrate as a team and set a clear direction that aligns with our company vision; to be the most trusted media agency in Australia. We remain focused on becoming masters of our craft, as well as expanding our programs around personnel development, ESG, reconciliation, and mental health.
This year our conference was facilitated by the incomparable Chloe Hooper, and took place in the stunning Yarra Valley, an inspiring backdrop that gave our team the space to connect, recharge, and think big. Just an hour out of Melbourne, the region’s rolling vineyards and wide-open landscapes provided the perfect environment for both reflection and fresh ideas.
We had the privilege of booking out the beautiful Stones of the Yarra Valley, which became our home for the duration of the conference. With its incredible architecture, sweeping views and brilliant hospitality, it created an atmosphere that was equal parts grounding and uplifting. From sunrise coffees overlooking the vines to evening conversations shared in front of the fire, the setting was as memorable as the sessions themselves.
Our team was also treated to a birds-eye view of the Yarra Valley thanks to Edward Taylor and RotorOne who provided us with the most amazing helicopter rides, followed by a long lunch at St Huberts.
It’s fair to say that it will be very hard to top this one!
