OUR CONFERENCE 2022

Five months ago we brought our Melbourne & Perth teams together for Match & Wood‘s annual conference with workshops, inspiration sessions, and even a few cheeky helicopter rides. It was facilitated by the incomparable Chloe Hooper, and this important gathering allowed us to celebrate our team and set a clear direction that aligns with our company vision; to be the most trusted media agency in Australia.

As I flicked through our conference photos I was reminded of the moments we made important commitments to one another. It was an even better feeling last week during our mid-year vision update, to share that we are delivering on those promises. We remain laser-focused on becoming masters of our craft, as well as expanding our programs around personnel development, ESG, reconciliation, and mental health.

In our industry, as we continue to push forward, we can easily miss the opportunity to stop and enjoy success. I’m so proud of our team at Match & Wood and am incredibly grateful to work with such a talented, fun and courageous group of people.
